The resume rewrite and full optimization features require you to be signed in. Check the top-right corner of the page — if it shows "Not signed in", click and sign in with the account you used when you subscribed. Once signed in, your access unlocks automatically.

No signup is required to run an analysis. Paid plans are one-time payments: $12 for up to 20 analyses in 24 hours, or $19 for up to 100 analyses over 30 days. Neither is a subscription — you are charged once. Unlimited analyses are the separate 30-Day No Bounds plan.
If your file is image-based (scanned PDF) or password-protected, the parser won't be able to extract text. Try saving your resume as a plain DOCX from Word or Google Docs and uploading that instead. TXT files always work as a fallback.
